1. Acceptance

By accessing trylooksee.com you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Cookie Policies.

2. Beta nature

LookSee is pre-release software. Features may change, break or disappear without notice. You use it “as is” and at your own risk.

3. User obligations

• Provide accurate information.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the site.
• Don't upload unlawful or infringing content.

4. Intellectual property

All site content (logo, copy, UI) is owned by LookSee or its licensors. You may view, but not reproduce, our materials without written consent.

5. Disclaimers & liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We exclude all warranties (including fitness for a particular purpose).
• Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the site is capped at AUD $10.

Some consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded; nothing here limits those rights.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes equals acceptance.
