“LookSee” (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an unincorporated partnership operated by Travis Weerts and Marcus Collier. Our website is trylooksee.com.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive (“special category”) data, nor do we combine analytics data with personal identities.
3. Legal basis & compliance
- Australia – handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
- EU / UK visitors – processing relies on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) when you submit the form or accept analytics cookies.
4. How we use & store data
Emails are stored in Brevo on servers that are entirely located within the European Union. Brevo's primary hosting is on OVH data-centres in France and Germany, with encrypted backups kept in Google Cloud's Belgium region. Access is limited to the founders and trusted contractors under NDA. We keep beta-list data until the beta ends or you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for Google's standard 14-month period.
5. Sharing & disclosures
We never sell your data. We only share it with:
- Service providers (e-mail platform, cloud host, analytics) strictly to operate the service.
- Authorities if required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request to:
• Access or correct your data
• Delete your data (“unsubscribe” link in any email)
• Withdraw cookie consent (see Cookie Policy)
